From first sketch to systems in service.

We design, build and run the software an aviation and defence group depends on, and we do the same for clients who need that discipline. Around fifty systems so far, every one of them made in-house.

Five disciplines, one team

Each of these is already flying in named systems. Follow any of them into the fleet registry to see what it does and who it serves.

Street scene with AI detection boxes tracking people and vehicles

AI and computer vision

Detection models on cameras a site already owns, language models answering the public, agent crews doing multi-step work behind the scenes. Every intelligent product we ship runs through our own Weststar AI platform, so models, prompts and data are governed in one place instead of scattered across vendors.

Aviation and enterprise platforms

We come from an aviation group, so we build for the audit. Maintenance records, quality findings, equipment movements and payroll all leave a trail an inspector or auditor can follow. That is the default in everything we ship, not a module you pay extra for.

Proven in

Mobile and edge

When the network is the problem, the work moves to the device: AI inference beside the operator, messaging that hops phone to phone, apps for people who are never at a desk.

Integration and identity

One sign-in across the whole product family and one governed bridge into SAP, instead of a new password and a new spreadsheet export for every system.

The flight plan

Every system we deliver follows the same five phases, from the first conversation to the day you take the controls. You can see working software from the climb onward, and nothing is handed over until it has flown.

Flight profile of our delivery process: taxi is discover, takeoff is design, climb is build, cruise is operate, touchdown is handover.
  1. 01taxi

    Discover

We sit with the people who will use the system, walk the current process end to end, and agree what working looks like before anything gets built.

You leave with a scoped problem, success measures, and a list of the systems we need to connect to.

  2. 02takeoff

    Design

Flows, screens and a data model, tested as a clickable prototype with real users. We decide early what reuses running platform pieces and what is genuinely new.

You leave with a prototype, an architecture you can question, and a delivery plan.

  3. 03climb

    Build

Short build cycles on a staging system you can log into from the first weeks. Progress is something you click through, not a status report.

You leave with a working system on staging, admin tools, and your own data loaded for testing.

  4. 04cruise

    Operate

We deploy it, watch it and keep it current: patches, backups, user support and changes as your operation moves. The team that built it is the team that runs it.

You leave with monitoring, a change log, and one support channel that answers.

  5. 05touchdown

    Handover

Some clients keep us in cruise indefinitely. When you would rather fly it yourselves, we land it cleanly, on your own servers if you need it.

You leave with source code, deployment runbooks, admin training, and every credential and dataset returned.

What working with us gets you

Four things we can promise because we already do them for our own group every day.

One team, the whole stack
Design, code, hosting and support sit in the same department. When something needs to change, you talk to the people who wrote it. No agency layers, no subcontracted build.
A head start on day one
New systems start from patterns already in production: Orbit 360 for sign-in and permissions, the Weststar AI platform for anything intelligent, and a deployment routine we have run across the fleet. You pay for what is specific to you.
We run what we build
Monitoring, patches, backups and change requests after go-live are part of the job, not a fresh negotiation.
Your data can stay in your building
On-premise deployment, on-device AI and client-hosted government services are already in the fleet, from our on-premise geo mapping platform to the DroneMaster Edge Container. Sovereign hosting is a deployment choice, not a rebuild.
